Great recipe resources from around the web:

Smitten Kitchen (you MUST try the zucchini and ricotta galette, and her take on Julia Childs’ Moules a la mariniere)

Mark Bittman (he’s one of my FAVORITE food writers, check out his opinion pieces for the NYTimes, then go make his raw beet salad)

Yottem Ottolenghi (Ottolenghi is an omnivore, but he makes vegetables sing high arias of deliciousness. Try his recipe for soba noodles with eggplant and mango, it will change your life)

Martha Stewart (Martha, Martha, Martha! What more can we say about Martha. There’s a reason she’s the queen of domesticity: her recipes WORK. There’s almost too many good ones to choose from, but this super-simple halibut baked in parchment with tomatoes and squash is a perfect healthful, speedy, scrumptious supper)
